I'm very sorry. The damage caused by the logistics company is beyond our control. Besides, since this is a customized product, we have installation guidelines, but we also need to hire local installation technicians. At the same time, we have provided a lot of after-sales services. We cannot be blamed for such remarks due to our frustration.
